Great property in a great location. The property is always clean, quiet and the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the company is not great at keeping those who live there up to date. Giving notice to residence when they close the office early, or start projects that impact residence seems to not be taken into consideration.

I have been living at lake club for a year and a half now. I want to personally thank Adam and Anna for the support they have given me. Ive been going through the hardest time right now with my mental health and they have been very understanding of my situation and with that support it has helped me to keep going. I appreciate them so much and I am forever grateful!

I have lived here for two years and it’s been perfect until now. Last night my girlfriend catalytic converter was stolen while it was parked right in front of the club house and when I asked if they had any sort of security system I was told no. Very disappointed I though this was a good area but obviously not. I will be moving out when my lease is up. -Response to Owner While crime can happen anywhere no denying that, the fact of the matter is there are ways to prevent it and cameras are a given. The criminals clearly know your courtesy patrol schedule. You have cameras in your gym and around your mailbox protecting your assets but not us the people who pay to keep this place running. Like I said Disappointing.

I’ve lived here a little over five years. The staff is absolutely phenomenal, and in specific Adam goes above and beyond. The attention to detail with their tenants needs is outstanding. Amazing place to come home to !
