I made an appointment for labs. When I checked in, I was told to wait for my number to be called. It did not make sense so I asked the staff what is the purpose of being able to make an appointment if I still have to go by the ticket number?? At other Kaiser, after you check in, they have you just go in. The staff kept telling me there’s only 4 people ahead of you. That’s not the point…

The receptionist ignored us as we were standing in line. We finally got checked in and waited for over an hour even though we were there 15 minutes prior to my appointment like they ask and finally after 7 patients that got there after us went before us, I asked the receptionist if she knew how much longer till we would get called in. She then tells us that the Dr. Is running behind and it was still going to take another 10 minutes. It's sad that so much of our income is mandatory to go to health care benei and the last thing we receive is actual care. Disappointed in the quality of service.

Was a very pleased client 4 years but this Company is a joke Kaiser. It is very terrible the customer service no respect 4 us patients Don't know how to talk to ppl with respect. I have found it to be a task 2 get a appointment or get a nurse on the phone waited close to an hour on hold. BTW I HAVE SERIOUS MEDICAL PROBLEMS U WILL BE HELD LIABLE
