The only reason I am giving 5 stars is for the excellent communication that was given to me from Elizabeth Partida, she has went above and beyond to help me with my orthodontist issue that has been going on for over 2 years now,, Dr. Kim has also been very helpful to me since she started at the Whittier office, I would like to thank both of these lady's

The lack of communication is unbelievable. Management couldn't be more unprofessional. After weeks of waiting, calls, messages and visits to the office trying to get a final cost estimate no one was ever available to help me, no one returned my calls. Disappointed I decided to get services elsewhere.

Going to a dentist appointment is always scary. But I like to be informed as to what I need to have healthy teeth. In my experience today, I got just that. Information through the ex-rays, special pictures and the advice of the dentist. Unfortunately, the news weren’t the best, but now I know how to care for my teeth… beyond the normal, brush and floss!

I love this place! As soon as i walked in i felt welcomed by the receptionist lupe. And then The manager josie is very informative and her staff is very courteous and dr Nick made me feel comfortable; answered all my questions and concerns. He seemed very dedicated to what he does. Im happy with the out come of my visit. And loraine is also very dedicated to her job. This splace is the place to go for all your dental needs. Evwryone is welcome you can trust them. I would again. Thank you all.
