I was VERY dissatisfied with this hotel! The online pictures looked great compared what it really looks like! I HAD to clean my bathroom. Shower curtain has mold. There was no pool. Well it was closed down according to the front desk clerk because a highway was getting ready to be built on that area. There was no key access, you just to go to the front desk EVERY time you leave your room so that the clerk could come with am actual key to unlock the door.

I demand a change immediately my anxiety and deep deep anger and depression are triggered and arise every time I run into that woman ,Daniel ,because she is exercising her place of power wrongfully and every-time she makes me wait just an hour or more to check in just to tel me that what I payed for online, and BOOK online before I arrive is not available ! She is making your company lose money and I left my name and number last time for you Mr manager to cal me , but haven’t yet! This worker is unfair unethical and disloyal to your company ; she does not care for the success of it she only cares For her personal pride ! And I am so angered and frustrated because times are already hard and she just robbed me out of more money as “tax” on my last stay/check in ! Tax is not “11.75” never was it that when i book and PAY

I wasn’t planning on being here very long however, my situation hasn’t allowed me to be able to move and the motel was great at accommodating me. DANIELLE the front desk staff has been amazing ! We have lived here for a little less than a month and she has made our stay here so comfortable! She goes above and beyond to ensure that guests are pleased with her service. She is friendly and very helpful. The rooms are very clean and housekeeping was very pleasant and always give me extra towels when needed. They are very friendly and good with pets here❤️ I’d also like to mention how the shower never runs out of hot water which is amazing for us people who love long hot showers. Parking was ample and they have disabled spots available right by the door. They have a laundry facility which is great and vending machines (great because I’m pregnant with cravings at 1am) 😀 close to Walmart and lots of other shopping locations. The beds are comfortable. 🟢ABSOLUTELY NO BED BUGS 🟢 the staff seem happy to be here and The manager is awesome as well. Thank you so much for the great experience during this difficult time my family is enduring 💙💙💙

The kind of quality you could only pay $90/night for, somehow. The security latch was hanging on by one screw, the pool area was filthy and covered in trash, and our non-smoking room smelled exactly like a smoking room, possibly because they herd guests with pets off to the smoker's section of the hotel. When asked about a prorated early checkout, since we had no interest in staying, the employee was noticeably confused, and eventually stated that "I guess" a manager or corporate could do that. But since they weren't a manager or corporate, they couldn't help us. I reached out to Motel 6 corporate over a week ago and haven't heard anything back. You are MUCH better off giving me $60 and coming to crash on my couch.
