Wifi. It is 2022. If I have to sit here for 4 1/2 hours I need to work. Especially if you are understaffed and things are going to take longer. It is the future for goodness sake. The work is good. The atmosphere, not so much. I know, first world problems right? But seriously, you run a brick and mortar establishment in this first world so get with it and get some friggin wifi for your customers.

This was my first time dealing with this place and I took my son there to have his car serviced. The car is older with lots of miles I do much of my own service and know a little about servicing cars I wanted to save myself a lot of time and trouble with this car so I went to see what a professional shop would say and am happy to say they pointed out the problems without adding extras fixed the car and did this without padding the repairs. I want to thank Jacob the service advisor and most of all Roger for the Great service I will be back. Great place great service.

While I had a scheduled appointment for oil change I was advised they were over booked and I had to wait but the service was good the price was way more than expected and I used a discount so going out of my way and using the dealership proves to be more cost effective. I can’t return due to cost!

Literally saved me from calling off of work! I had a screw in my tire and it was leaking pretty badly. I had to work that night so I needed it fixed fast! Called around and other places charged more money to repair, and they wanted me to drop off my car! Firestone fixed it fast, and was not expensive at all. Tire is doing great now and they showed me the huge screw that was in it! Super friendly people working there also. Recommend to everyone! Will be back if I need anything else!
