Reserved a car 2 weeks in advance. The morning we were to go on vacation they called 1 hour before our pick up time and said they wouldn't have the car until 2 hours after our scheduled time. When we went to pick it up there wasn't anyone there and we had to wait for about another 30 minutes. Our leaving time for vacation ended up being postponed for about 3 hrs total. The car we received was a new car with around 2000 miles on it. It also had dents and a scratches all around it. We were absolutely not impressed with the service or the car.

I received calls from them far before my insurance company had approved work but once everything was approved it was difficult to get a person from local office and had to leave messages. I was assured of date and time I would be picked up but that was delayed for more than an hour because of keys being kept in a safe without knowledge of combination to open. I was given a larger vehicle than mine which used more gas. I was told when I picked my car up I could leave rental at body shop which I did but they did not inform my insurance of same and my insurance thought I still had the rental. I had tried to call local office to let them know that rental was at auto body shop but again no answer and left message. Positives was auto appeared clean even though not much time elapsed from when it was brought in until I received same. People I did speak with were polite.

Used insurance to rent a vehicle there, was told the cost would be covered at 100%. Returned the vehicle received the message that everything was fine, waited a few weeks for my 50.00 deposit to be returned. Called and asked about it then the stories started. First story you should have your deposit next week. Second story insurance didn’t cover the taxes so the deposit was used to cover the difference, told them that was not my fault I would have rented a cheaper vehicle if my insurance did not cover it. Was told I would get my deposit back just wait another week. Another 3 weeks go by I call back again Story three the vehicle was returned a day late, I was told I could return it that evening after they closed as long as it was there in the morning when they opened. This place is very shady I would not trust them.

Thank you for a wonderful experience. I totally recommend this company for all car rental needs. I enjoyed driving my rental car and the people I delt with we're nice. I had a 100% Great experience 5 stars all the way. O and I got my whole deposit back. No bogus fees or fake damage reports. Honest people.
