Wow!!! What an experience we had with our HELPFUL HANDS child care and learning center kiddos @ Skate zone 71. Ms Jennifer has made the process so easy from setting up the schedule to payments and the service. She has explained how things should be done and had her staff on point and on time everytime. Excellent service and great friendly staff. We will definitely be back!!!!

I was with the meetup group last night. We ultimately had a good time, however the management and staff were a disorganized mess, hence only a 3 star rating. For starters, our reservation was clearly not communicated to those checking us in and there was a lot of confusion about pricing etc. Simple food orders took way too long to be served - an order of waffle fries should not take 10-15 minutes. Laser Tag was fun, however they were running way behind schedule, which I attribute to a reservation system that does 10 minute intervals with no buffer in between. Our 6:30 group reservation didn't get started until almost 7 and our 6:50 reservation almost didn't play at all because the young lady employee was telling us the 6:40 reservation was going to be the last game of the night, which makes no sense considering we had paid. Fortunately the young man at laser tag did let us play (he was the best employee of the night).

I loved this trip because I am from Louisiana!! For the past 10+ years my husband and I have made a goal to skate in each state at least one time. This was my 1st time to skate in Ohio. I was impressed the floor was wood, which I prefer. I was on a road trip and just settled into my hotel for the night. When I soon realized there is a skate rink open nearby. I attend this rink on adult night. The night was packed full of great skaters. I had a blast, and the manager was very nice. This was a safe place for fun and exercise. The center of the rink was a chill zone, with stairs to allow the shoe traffic to cross safely. This place was a must return and skate again rink, great Job!!

We came for the queer night the event was poorly planned and advertised skate rentals was included with entry fee and it was not. The place is fun with great music and patrons. The place needs more maintenance and restrooms are nasty. Maybe they should open the food stand and sell food and drinks so they can have funds to repair and clean the place up.
