The Passionists lead the retreat. Their retreat team is joyful and inspirational. The facilities are beautiful and comfortable. The grounds are gorgeous. Easy to get to but feels like you're far away from home. A very special/holy place to make a spiritual retreat.

Spent a day at this retreat center. It has beautiful grounds and plenty of nooks and crannies for silence and solitude. Amazing to find such a place of peace amidst the bustle of LA life.

Bring that person to the attention of the good fathers, that he/she might be guided in the welcoming ways of the Passionist Retreat house.
They have Masses daily, not sure if they are all public. One Sunday Mass is. Call the Rectory for the schedule. Very nice, small (80 seat)church.
Probably best bet would be a Mass outside of Pasadena, ie, Alhambra, South Pasadena, Arcadia, Altadena

The grounds are open this next week. Tuesday morning Mass at 8:00 Is open to the public. Friday the grounds are open 9 til noon. And then again 4 until 7:30 p.m.
