The people there are nice and friendly but the food is straight up awful. I opened my big mac container took one look at it and threw it out because it looked old and it was really cold. It also looked like someone took a bite out of it. What makes this worse is that they even pulled me around to wait and I waited for almost 10 minutes for this slop. This is unacceptable, and I will not be coming back. I paid almost 8 dollars for this nasty food that I wouldn't even force myself to eat, because i just hate wasting money. I get off work wanting some food because I haven't ate all day and this is what I get. The fries were even nastier than the sandwich. The fries were cold and soggy. I guess stay away from hamilton rd locations because I refuse to go to the one down the street because of the same reasons. Im so upset right now, and im still hungry (shake my head).

First and last time I’ll ever visit that McDonald’s. The staff was careless. They only have those dumb screens to order from and I didn’t know that until I stood at the front counter and waited for 5 minutes and no one came over even though they could see me standing there, literally 15 feet away. I ordered at the screen and it wouldn’t take my card so it said “show cashier ticket” even though no ticket came out. I asked a worker about it because someone finally made eye contact with me. She said “give me a minute…I would help but I’m not on the clock” and clocks out. No one came. I left and went through the drive through. “Can I get a large unsweet tea?” “First window please.” I thought she meant I needed to order at the second window or something because she didn’t ask if that was my entire order and her response was so immediate. I left with just the tea because I didn’t want to be there any longer. Baaaad service and lazy staff. They need to be taught how to give good customer service.

Went here to get sandwiches after work, burger was completely uncooked and raw. My husband ate most of his and ended up making himself throw up after we realized. I only had a few bites. I’m so shocked at how undercooked this is. And when we called them, all they offered was if we brought the sandwiches back they would make us new ones. Horrible horrible horrible!!!

First I arrived I was waiting for them to take my order, the lady comes on I started speaking. Then I ask did she hear me didn't answer, so I waited the car behind me goes to the next lane, the lady ask her & she placed her order. I just pulled up & the lady had to take my order @ the window. She was really nice I got my food quick. I ask her for a receipt she said they'll give it to me at the next window. When I got to the window I was told there was printer problems . I waited about 6-10 minutes for a receipt & they couldn't find it.
