I love living here .... at first my husband and I still trying to decide where to move. I was kinda worried the apartment looks old wasn't sure if it's safe to live here , but honestly since the day we moved in I am loving our home close to work and close to my family ... Their renovation is perfectly nice matching all my furniture ,I love the wood floor ... rent is pricey but it actually not bad you get a garage and parking spot .... I do love it here ... I've met other office staff always very nice people too bad it's always Changing tho.

Only been living here for a few months and have had nothing but issues. Sabrina the Manager wont lift a finger to help with any issue. She said 1 thing and then a week later doesnt even remember saying it and makes you feel stupid and will yell at you.

I just moved in to Brittany Bay and have nothing but great things to say! The upgrades in the units are very modern and the amenities they offer are great. I can't wait until summer to use the pool area. Prices are little high for the area, but you get a full size washer and dryer, parking spot, and garage. Ladies in the office have been very helpful with my move. I'm happy i chose Brittany Bay!

Lived here in a 1 bedroom with my wife for a little over a year. Bottom line is I think it's worth what you pay for. It's small, but a very open layout makes it feel larger. You also get a small garage space which we use to store some extra odds and ends. Management recently switched but we haven't had a problem before or after, maintenance has always been good. Appliances are old, we personally don't care. Like all apartments the price does goes up after the first year. My biggest complaint is that there is no outdoor space for residents, so I've never had the chance to know my neighbors and community is non-existent, so not good for families. One definitely smokes weed, and the smell often comes through the drains, but we just light a candle and forget about it. Note that the insulation is terrible so you will be cold in the winter and hot in summer, plus electric bill is pretty bad. We try hard to cut back on electric and still landed at $50 without using heat or AC for a whole month (if you use it sparingly it's more like $80-100, averagely and it's probably more like $120+). It's far from luxury, but we've never had safety issues, it's a convenient location, having a garage and washer/dryer is solid, and very livable if you're tight on money or saving for something better.

I'd find another place to live. Trust me.
There is an applicant fee and a deposit.
i wouldn't say low income. You need to be making at least 3x the rent monthly to even qualify for living here. And even then, it gets a little pricey for what you're getting.
