Place is great, the cafe there is amazing and quiet. The customer service is great, and the attention too. Overall a great place to buy books <3

They didn't have the book I wanted but was kind enough to order one for me. It was clean and nice in the building.

Book stores certainly need all the support they can get, right? I assume so; there are far less of them than ever before… That said, it’s Barnes and Noble and I have to assume you know of this place. It’s the largest most prosperous book store chain in America and rightfully so. It’s a pleasant and quiet, calming store. It’s remained consistent over the years, and has all sorts of trinkets or toys, games, gifts and music and books galore. This location is not bad, a bit small mostly but well utilized for its space.

My daughter is an author and stopped in to sign a few books. They were so nice and gracious to her that she can't wait to go back again in the future and do another signing.

You can search on the Barnes and Noble website, but there are no results for Louis Penny: https://m.barnesandnoble.com/s/Louis+Penny
The aisles are marked to be one way only, masks are required, there are markings on the floor to help with social distancing, there was a hand sanitizing station near the entrance.
There is no set release date as of right now, but when it becomes known, B&N does offer pre-ordering via their website.
You can call in to have a bookseller put a copy on hold or you can buy online pick up in store.
