It was McDonalds I mean what more can I say. The order was right (as usual) drive thru was moving quickly (as usual) and the staff were as usual not great but not bad either. The only reason for 4 star is cuz it's McDonald's and the food is horrible for you.

Ordered my wife a 6 piece nugget with honey mustard, got a 4 piece with tangy bbq. Ordered my daughter a 6 piece happy meal with honey mustard, got a cheeseburger happy meal and no sauce. 1st cashier was on his cell phone. 2nd cashier had her personal headphones in.

I just got my lunch from this location bc my client is down the street. The person taking my order was rude. Both the girls on the drive thru (the first window and second window) didnt have good customer service at all. I said thank you at each window and they bot didn't say anything but close the window. The only ones that are always nice and ha e good customer service are the mexican workers. The lady that handed me my food was so sweet. McDonalds you need to clean house. If they don't like their job they need to choose another career. Get people in there that are a people person and have good customer service. I give the food 5 stars bc their food is always fresh and hot. But 2 stars is for customer service that some of them don't have.

Haven't eaten McDonald's in almost a decade and I remember why that is! Just nasty and slow service. All I had was a cup of ice and a large fry. I should've left them both. Fries were lukewarm and tasted old, just gross all around. And the cup smelled like burnt plastic. I woke up the next day and my stomach was in knots! I learned my lesson, NEVER eat McDonald's EVER again!

I'll never go to that location for as long as i live. Management as well as the staff are terrible. Poor customer service and the food quality has gone down hill. I actually almost got into a physical altercation with two of the young punks that work there.... one of the worst McDonald's there is!!! The corner of main and Brice!! Don't go there, it'll save you many hassles

I had a bad experience at this McDonald's , food was old and cold
Yup.... They continued to make my orders wrong. And half the time I went to that one, I would be at the first window waiting at least 5 minutes to pay for my food. No one came to take my money so I go to the next window and ask why I had to wait more then a minute and no one came and they told me because they are short staffed so we are not using that first window. But they took money from the car in front of me from the first window and I told them of that's the case then you need to be telling customers over the coms to go to the second window.
