Not Happy at all! Ever since this Harbor Management Group took over I have received no assistance! I received an email for us to renew our lease 4 months ago. I press the button to renew our lease. We kept getting a message that we will receive the renewal documents through email or will receive a call and WE NEVER DID! I went up to the office. The lady told me I needed an appointment but I don't know how you can set up an appointment when the main number to call only give you VOICEMAIL! Ive' sent messages through the portal-NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE- I've sent emails to the Harbor Management Group and cc McNaughten Woods- NO RESPONSE! I went to the office anyways and the lady I spoke with made sure our info was updated and said that we would receive the renewal documents but we never did. THIS IS CAUSING ME STRESS! I had to book a tour so I can see the office!!!!! I WILL NOT BE RENEWING MY LEASE NEXT YEAR AND I WILL NOT BE PAYING 1700.00 A MONTH WHEN I SENT IN A REQUEST TO RENEW MY LEASE! THIS IS THE WORSE MANAGEMENT COMPANY! YOU CARE MORE ABOUT TRYING TO BRING IN MONEY INSTEAD OF HELPING YOUR CURRENT RESIDENTS!!

The customer service here is absolutely disrespectful! I just called to inquire about their two bedroom spaces as my husband and I couldnt decide between the 2bed apartment and the 2 bedroom townhouse and he just hanged up on me. I called back and it went straight to voicemail. Defintely will be looking elsewhere.

I had to pay a 175 dollar credit check to these people only to be turned down!! It only took them 45 minutes to call me after I left to tell me this. In all the years my husband and I have never been turned down for anywhere to live!! These places are over 30 yrs old also and not in the best part of town. Kind of glad we got turned away. They are old and kind of run down.

We just moved here this week. The experience to date has been great. We were warmly welcomed and assisted by the office staff. We found our home clean and well maintained as are the grounds and road. One minor maintenance issue was taken care of in 2 days. Our neighborhood is very quiet and neighbors respectful. There is a finished basement which adds to an already spacious apartment.

Yes you have to make a certain amount of income to qualify
thank you Denise! can you tell me about how much you pay per month for utilities? my fiance and I want to move here when our lease is up but this is our main concern. we moved to a place once that was horribly insulated and were paying like 200 some winters with our heat being just on 70! I would appreciate it so much.
