I ordered pizza at 6:30. The pizza was done at 7:17. The pizza didn’t go out for delivery until 8:17. The tracker said the pizza would arrive at 8:56. Too long for the pizza to be done and not delivered. Pizza cold when arrived. Wings look like they were not cooked all the way. Cold enough we needed to microwave it.

Pizza was a little burnt and dry. Asked for extra sauce on one of the pizzas and seem like it was less sauce. Have had a few issues with this location.

This store deserves zero stars. My husband placed an order at 8:15pm, got to the store 15 minutes later and checked in through the app. At 8:50, after not getting any notice that the pizza had even been started, he went into the store to check on it and was told that they couldn’t find the order. The girl working in the store asked him for his order number three separate times! He finally got our order at 9:35, only to get home and find the pizza completely burnt. It was inedible. Thank God we had also gotten a Little Caesars pizza as a back up (knowing that we’ve had issues at this store before). Our (very late) dinner wasn’t completely ruined. We will never be ordering from this store again.

Get your pizza someplace else, the team at this location is very poorly organized and you don't even get what you order! I placed an order online and it was supposed to be ready in 24 minutes for pick up. I got to the store and the place was a mess! Nobody was wearing a mask, some of the employees were not wearing anything to prevent their hair to fall in the pizza (including a lady), there were at least 5 other people waiting for their pizzas and looking at me like: I feel bad for you, you're not gonna get your pizza anytime soon. I approach to the register and after checking my name, an employee told me it's going to take 15 minutes!(My order was supposed to be ready by the time I entered the building!). I waited for 15 more minutes and asked again, but it wasn't ready! Finally, almost 50 minutes after I placed my order I went home and opened the box to realize they gave me a medium size (that was not even 12 inch like it's supposed to be, but 11.5) instead of a large pizza (14 inch). My husband had a bad experience last time he went, I should've known better! We won't come back. I strongly recommend you find a better place to get your pizza
