Went to this location for a late birthday dinner and an early Father's day dinner. Waited 15 minutes before getting seated. We got seated and ordered drinks and our meals at the same time. Drinks came after 10 minutes. We didn't get our food until 35 minutes after ordering. No silverware or napkins were provided when food was finally delivered. We started eating and asked again for napkins to be brought out. The food was mediocre. We never saw our server. We asked one of the hostesses that sat people near us for additional drinks and ketchup since it was empty. Waited another 15 minutes before our 2nd round of drinks arrived. Tried this location again to give them another chance after the last bad experience but this wasn't much better. Probably won't be back. I will spend my hard earned money elsewhere. Watch your receipt because entertainment fee was added even though the tabletop thing at our booth didn't work. Only thing good about this place for us today was Sami trying to get us taken care of at the end of the meal.

I ordered the whiskey river burger and it came with no bbq sauce. The fries were supposed to be extra crispy and they were hardly cooked and soggy. Ordered the onion rings and they were burnt. They smelled bad and tasted worse. I ordered the "bare minimum" sandwich with crispy chicken, tomato and mayo. It was also burnt and had shredded lettuce all over it. Everything tasted terrible. The only thing that was good was delivery.

The bartender was very nice, but it took a bit to get greeted. We ordered our onion rings with our burgers but they came out several minutes ahead and were barely warm. The pictures of the burgers on the menu are thick and juicy, but the Royal Robin patty was maybe as thick as a quarter pounder, if that. We each ordered a second drink but the bartender forgot so we just asked for our checks and left. I understand people are busy and short staffed, but I give less leeway when I see them huddled in a corner talking with their coworkers while ignoring their tables.

Food was ok, but the bar area where we sat, was just filthy! Will not be going back! This is the 3rd and final chance, they have really gone down hill.

You should post this to reviews, not questions. Questions go to the public, not the restaurant.
Both. I suggest a booth though as it's a tight fit between tables.
Yeah, I would say call ahead to some of the Red Robin's around where you live to see what their policy is about large groups and go from there. Things are changing all of the time because of covid so it never hurts to call ahead and see how restaurants are or aren't changing. And to see if their policy is different with or without kids. I hope that helps you out and I hope you and your family have a wonderful birthday celebration together. 😊😊
Adequate. Cleaning between customers, servers were distanced and portion cups are used for condiments
