I purchased a headlight bulb in another city at another Auto Zone location but wasn’t able to have it installed. I saw this location in passing and decided to stop in. Terrell came out to see if he could install it with no questions asked. He had it I stalled in a matter of minutes and his customer service was superb. I really appreciate this so I had to write a review!

Exceptional service! Adam came out helped me take off my windshield wipers, helped me pick out replacements and put the new ones on. I didn’t even have to ask for help, he just offered.

Shout out to Kyle. Friendly and helpful. He was great in helping with my battery issue. Had to get it replaced, but tester wasn't working 100% right. But, he handled it well and we got it sorted out. Felt like the guys were treating me like a normal dude and not someone to make money off of. Well done, guys! A+
