I had a very disappointing experience at this location. Usually when I purchase something from auto zone , the staff is very helpful and willing to help out a customer on a minor fix . I called ahead of time to make sure my item was available that I needed and to see if they were able to help me with my issue . Over the phone I was told they could help me but when I arrived I received a completely different energy . There was about 5-6 clerks standing around doing absolutely nothing and I was the only customer in the store . I was told it’s a “ courtesy “ and under their “ discretion “ if they want to help and I just found that to be very odd since I had called a few hours earlier . I’m highly disappointed in this experience and I won’t be returning to this store . The one on Cleveland Ave never fails me but this was close to my job. I’ll think again before coming here . Thanks for nothing .

I like to shop auto-zone for my auto parts. Great customer service and friendly staff. I stopped auto zone today March 6 th 21 Again to change my both low beam bulbs Mr. Tyler help me to fix it He is Very friendly and helpful I bought 9006 bulb for my Honda and VLADIMIR GOMEZ store manager helped me to put the bulb in. Great service I give FIVE STAR and recommend this store for all your auto related parts.

Stopped in for wiper blades for my son's car. Extremely pleased with the fabulous service we received! Robert couldn't have been more helpful. Not only did he come out and assist in putting the wipers on, but he took the time to show my son how to attach them for future reference. What an exceptional employee. Thank you so much Robert!!

Had purchased a new battery in Feb 2019. Called to store and explained problem. Salesman was kind and courteous. Looked up warranty by telephone number and installed a new battery in less than 15 minutes and had me on my way.
