I've liked them in the past don't get me wrong, but I'll go through the drive thru maybe once every other week and I'll get attitude for no reason.

When I pulled through the drive through, the lady said.. "welcome to Tim Hortons, what can we make fresh for you? I realized they deleted the steak breakfast biscuit from the menu (which was the best thing going for Tim Hortons, just why?) I ended up ordering two sausage egg and cheese biscuits and two hashbrowns. The hashbrowns were stale and cold literally tasted 3-4 hours old and the biscuits were so dry they practically turned to dust in my mouth as I ate the sandwich. The only good thing I could say about this experience is that the prices are better than McDonald's breakfast.

Great service provided by a terrific staff. Great coffee. Hot or cold. 10 out of 10. Would recommend.

Place is filthy, trash overflowing in lobby and restrooms visibly had not been cleaned from day before. My visit was Early am and place was filthy and could not have been cleaned prior to opening. Was given cold coffee and told I had to wait for a new pot to be brewed. There was hot coffee for drive thru use and I walked in and was told to wait. First time in a this Tim Hortons and last time for sure.

Why do you advertise on menu board soup and sandwiches you don’t sell? No soup at all and sandwich choices are limited to some.

Dunkin is coming soon. Covid hurt companies in Coshocton. I feel this county needs to have an incitive to attract new businesses to create better jobs and economy.
