Highly disappointed with this store. It has gone downhill lately. Management obviously doesn't care about the store's appearance. Very disorganized with trash in the aisles, shoes thrown all over the place, things not put back into place. It was enough for me to walk right out without purchasing anything. I couldn't find school shoes for my 3 kids because nothing was in order. I took photos to share online and with higher up management. Perhaps, you should speak with this store's manager to see what the issue is.

On of my favorites, for local department stores, its not too busy and there's always something to find. Also great place to find some super nice deals in clearance but very nice quality clothes, highly recommend Sonoma, Chaps, and Croft & Barrow for good women's (and mens) sizing options. They have high end stuff peppered in too, nine west and vera wang. Shoes, clothes and a very nice home goods section. Its not so big you get lost either. Perfect size. Huge plus is Amazon return center! To the left back end of the store :) Update: Still one of the best shopping experiences I ever have with regularity, it would be nice if the store could be up kept a little more but its understandable still staff shortage! Still clean and wonderfully helpful and friend people who work there.

I went to do an even exchange for an outfit my grandmother bought my daughter. We had both bought her the same outfit for Christmas with out knowing. Got the customer service desk verified I had to match the original price of the item on the tag and the match the brand. I did just that and they wouldn’t do the even exchange. I use to work at kohls and I find that the over all customer service just isn’t the same. I doubt that I’ll be and what I remember being taught when being an employee.
