Placed an order a week ago still hasn't shown up. called in to see what the hold up was and they said they didn't charge us shipping. So I guess the order was just gonna sit there till I called back. We authorized the shipping charge and they tried to add an extra $40-ish out WITHOUT authorization. Took them over an hour of phone time to finally get it sorted out. Would not recommend
