They need to improve on order accuracy. I ordered a soft taco. They gave me a veggie taco instead. I'm also not a fan of the kiosk. Older people that have a hard time with a computer are going to have a hard time with the kiosk. So far, no cashier, only kiosk.

Not a fan of the kiosk machine thought I was getting two dinners to chalupas and a soft taco in each dinner and I got two chalupas and one soft taco

Update- this location is going down hill at full speed! Not sure what is going on but it's bad! Poor management maybe? Definitely poor work ethics by the employees. You can tell they don't care about their quality of work/service. Not going back for awhile. They just can't seem to get it right. In person or mobile orders. Food is good when it's made correctly. I'm not a fan of the kiosk for ordering. Not everything you can order is on there. But when you have/need to talk to an actual person, they say " um, like, Im not sure what you mean. Um, like, don't you know you can use that touch screen kiosk" . Have had a few employees try to argue ( I don't argue back ) with me when our order is wrong or something is missing. These issues don't happen every time, but are happening more and more

Being from out of town, this is the one and only chance I had to go to this Taco Bell location and I thought it was just great. Nice staff. No traffic to block me out. I dined in and used their wifi and had no problems there either. The one slight complain I'll make is that their sweet tea tasted kind of funky to me, but I have heard that these very northern areas use somewhat different ingredients than we do down south. So the sweet tea just wasn't quite up to par for this southerner. But overall this was a great experience!
