My technician was given a run around due to a few hiccups concerning the address. Eventually we were able to find eachother and we had to wait for the system to fix the address. Once it was solved they almost sent another technician to do the job, but I did not want him to lose the job after his day of running around. So I confirmed I already had a technician. He was so patient and friendly with how much stress the mix ups created and he was very professional and helped guide me to fix the situation. Thank you Jesse cr45 for doing an amazing job!!!

Absolutely the f*** worst. Had an appointment to start service one day prior to my move-in date. They didn't show up and rescheduled for the following Monday. Didn't show up for that as well. Rescheduled for Tuesday, and after 5 calls throughout the day, they said the technicians were taking care of emergencies and would show up at the end of the day. Kept waiting until 11pm, but never heard from them that day. Four days without hot water or gas to cook. The worst possible experience. Wish I had the option to get service from another supplier.
