They slapped the RV together and left many things needing cosmetic repair. They came out once and have not come back out to fix the issues. Everything from exterior cracks, to chuncks of wall they dented, to uneven Trex decking. They dropped off the decking and have not installed it. I cannot reach anyone at silvercrest or get anyone to call back. It seems they are trying to "run out the clock" on our one year warranty. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Solid, Just Solid!! I visited several MFG home dealers in southern california, Silvercrest houses didn't squeak when I walked in them. Enough Said. I was @ Mr Chow in Beverly Hills and I was talking about real estate. I pointed out that my business partner and I Installed a Silvercrest house in Malibu, I told him where it was he says "I'm very familiar with that house, Very familiar. It's Beautiful" we felt happy very happy with our decision.

I have lived in a couple of different brands but Champion/Silvercrest is the best built and has heavier duty wiring,plumbing and insulation. Well built. Similar to the Palm Harbor.

Definitely at Silvercrest
The park models made here are the same just like any regular home including plumbing & electrical. Everything is set and ready to be connected and placed on your property. If this question more refers to the remodeling side of your plumbing and electrical it's better to consult a plumber or an electrician.
U can call the sales dept. And they can direct u on how to proceed

Talk to your dealer about what Silvercrest provides in their solar ready homes and make sure this will work for your solar company. Each solar company is different in what they offer but should be able to adjust their estimate to accommodate what is required that Silvercrest can't.
Silvercrest does have a few models to see. I believe they are only opened on Saturday after the factory tour which is really informative! Also you can go to Ma Williams. Ma had 3 beautiful Silvercrest models and is open Monday though Saturdays.
Yes it has been used in the past . But it not a daily product used .
