There was a certain amount of fear and concern about purchasing vehicles at dealerships especially during this time of chip shortages. Thankfully, those did not exist at the Beverly Hills Porsche! From the first time stepping in and having a conversation with Joseph Park and continuing the process with Paul Boozer have made the experience quite enjoyable. Joseph had this cool and likable demeanor along with his professionalism put everything at ease. Paul was phenomenal handling the sale when Joseph was out, following through with prompt responses, answering all the questions with satisfactory and honest answers and innately knowing how to seal the deal. Allen was the financial officer who was very easy to work with and honored the terms set out as discussed with the sales team previously, explained all the terms and conditions very thoroughly and made the purchasing experience extremely easy. Furthermore, Paul and Joseph had great follow through after the sale. Paul took it a step further and helped facilitate transportation, added resources and information about the vehicle, offered FaceTime delivery and any help with the Cayenne S in the future. Additionally, during the visits, I did not feel any pressure that usually sours the experience at dealerships. And, by the way, the dealership was gorgeous with their architecture and their vast array of cars on display. The owners would be proud.
