I paid extra for an expedited service to get my games back to me in 7 weeks as they listed on their website and instead the games took 10 months to get back to me. Many lies were told via email as I followed up countless times throughout the months about the timetable of when they games would get back to me, so I waited and waited. The games finally got back after 10 months and so I asked for a reimbursement for the difference between the expedited service and the pricing of the cheapest service tier because my games got back to me based on the timetable of the cheapest service tier. Any legit company would own up to there mistakes if they failed to deliver on their services, offer reimbursement, no questions asked. This company has the audacity to tell me I would have waited longer than 10 months if I paid for the cheapest tier. That is out of pocket and also not true since they cleared out their entire backlog of games in April, the same time I received my games. That means people that paid for the cheapest tier got there games the same time as me and some may have received their games before me. Initially they told me they would not offer any reimbursement. Then I told them via email I would be doing the stuff above. Upper management then called me, told me they could offer 15% reimbursement and I explained to them that that’s not fair because the cheapest tier of pricing is over 30% cheaper. I said 30% and they said no because they are greedy even after I gave them $10k in business and would’ve given more if they were honest or own up to their actions.

i had an opportunity to visit Collector's Universe and use their services to authenticate several non sports memorabilia items. the front desk persons were friendly and efficient. i had a chance to interact with Edwin and Adrian. they were both friendly and professional. i got to wait for a little while in the lobby which had cool items of memorabilia displayed on the wall and which was where the primary interactions take place. i was happy with their PSA/DNA services and would recommend that anyone who needs items/autographs authenticated use their services as well.

sir, I am from Bangalore ,India and I have started collecting coins quite recently,I have around 5,000 coins most of them US coins,A little over a month back,I decided to get a 1997 US Cent error coin graded by PCGS,that had claimed to be the No 1 Coin Grading Company in the World.I contacted M/S Goldfinch Collectables in Mumbai and Sent them the coin,Paid the fees .They sent me a Picture of the submission form no.4898513 , No date no Signature.I was also told that it would take 6 to 8 weeks for it to be graded and delivered to me.Around a week later ,I called PCGS Hong Kong to make enquiries if they have received my coin from Your Registered Dealer Goldfinch Collectables Mumbai.The Customer "Care" dept. did not show that much of care to a customer of PCGS and Collectors Universe that I expected of a no. 1 Coin Grading Company in the world.They asked me to give me the 7 digit Suibmission form Number to locate the Coin. When I asked your registered Dealer for the details,he refused ,saying that it was company rules.when i contacted your "Customer Care in Hong Kong,I was surprised when they also said that Company Policy states so. With a hope of getting a better rrsponse and more professional attitude, I was again very disappointed.It was worse than that of your Hong Kong Office. I requested both Your Offices to escalate my problem to their Managerial Level,they answered me with total silence.I then sent a mail to multiple people including the President Of PCGS. It has been over a week,and till date not one response from any body from PCGS. The leading Coin Grading Company in the world. I am sure sir,that you would not have liked if you were given the same response had you been in a similar position. This whole episode is very disappointing to say the least. Kindly go through all my interactions with PCGS both Telephonic and EMails that included photos of my coin,the Submission form Numbers and the mails sent to your personnel,including the President of PCGS . You would be disappointed. I request you sir,to kindly look into this episode and solve my problem of getting my coin graded and sent to me after even after having paid in full. Also kindly give me the Email add of the President/Chairman of Collectors Universe,just in case your response would be like the others'.Disappointing ! If you want me to talk on the phone I would be more than glad to do so/
