I got a flat tire on Thursday and decided to replace all my tires as they were pretty old. Saw an opening on Saturday and booked it right away. Tommy had my tires ready before I got there ; tire installation and wheel alignment were all under an hour. Awesome experience!

Took my car for an oil change today. They told me I needed cabin air filter, an engine air filter, front brakes. However, I had changed both filters myself the week earlier. I then took the car to another shop down the street (Mountain View Automotive) and they checked the brakes and told me they are good. Suffice it to say, I will NEVER go back to Big O Tires!

I bought used tires on the 13 9f October $40 per tire One of the manager said if there's any problems he said you have 90 days on the used tires come back we'll take of you today is the 23rd and 1 of the tires had a nail in it and the tire look like it was going to crack so I take the car back this morning only to be told we can't do that because they don't clock in until 10 o'clock I work as a crossing guard I drive up in the hills some time With someone else's children in my car while they gave me another tire after waiting for 25 minutes and that tire don't look any better always follow your first mind Always go back where people treat you right this was a new place I thought I would try it out I'm not happy at all. I am 63 of age A African American woman treaty with a lot of disrespect
