The one star is generous! Most of the staff was nice enough; however, Only one or two that seemed to truly care and do their jobs. The Administration is AWFUL. My parent rarely looked clean and was always wearing somebody else’s clothes. Communication is horrible and facility operations are shady. Think twice before placing yourself or a family member in this facility!

Well just got here yesterday so far the staff is questionable. They seem nice but will see as my stay goes on . I asked if I can read i the lobby for a bit .They we’re ok but with some hesitation on some nurses . I will rate my star as week my weeks goes on.

What an amazing place! My grandmother enjoyed her stay! She said the physical therapist were fantastic and the nursing staff were so kind. The food was great and she said the staff went above and beyond to meet her needs. Highly recommended!! 5 stars!

I was in this care facility twice. I have good points and bad points. Good The care staff was mostly there, when you needed them. You did get three meals a day. There was physical therapy, with really great therapists. Bad The care staff was mostly there, if it wasn’t a dire emergency. I got three meals a day, with two of them not even close to what a diabetic should consume. So I managed to lose 15 pounds the last time. And when you don’t eat your food, they are so wonderful, they call a psychiatrist for you, to find out why.
