The owner is very rude. We went there with family (6 adults and 3 kids) and the lady said she cannot accommodate us though there are several empty tables. When I asked her for reason, she said that big groups take long time to finish up and they lose business over it. We were very disappointed and I am never visiting this place again.

Fast service. Good food. Fair prices. Modern and clean. It is in a strip mall setting, but you're in Montrose anyway, a "big box store" wasteland, miles from anything aesthetically pleasing. So, I'm not going to them a star; besides Montrose/Fairlawn is intended to be convenient, not beautiful.

The food is very good. You can ask for the spice to be mild. Service is polite. Some dishes are more expensive than you would expect for a tiny strip mall restaurant. Most of their business seems to be in takeout.

The restaurant was delicious. Our first time dining at Rice Paper and would definitely return. We ordered the vegetable soup, pan thai and a side of mixed veggie. Service excellant, restaurant and restrooms clean. 5 plus stars.
