Tatiana. You are an angel. Thanks for the help. I had an appointment, but was still pressed for time and Tatiana totally hooked me up. I generally hate going to Verizon and she was on the ball and got me out of there as quickly as possible. Got a new phone, new case, updated and out the door in record time thanks to her.

I saw Erin at the store, she waited on me, I had trouble with my voicemail. She Helped me reset my password to my Facebook account, it’s nice to see I can get the help I need right from my local store, and now I can finally talk to my great grandchildren again! They had a sign posted last week they are having staffing issues and closed early. The people they have working there are not very good. And the wait can be an hour or more.
