We worked with James Campbell in several occasions, he is a real estate agent broker And manager and more in one package. He is Extreamly knowledgeable, trustable cooperative, caring Agent I have ever hierd. I highly recommend him for any type of real estate transactions, rental, buildings, sales and more. We had few others but after hiring JAMES CAMPBELL we stood right there and we looked no more. He is a hard working man I high recommend in different level you will never regret hiring him.

I had the pleasure of knowing James when attempting to sell an investment property. Even though the final transaction did not occur, I was impressed with James' professionalism and caring. I felt he always had my best interest at heart. I never felt pressured to sell, which is very difficult to say about many other agents that I have worked with. I highly recommend James for your real estate transactions, and I will definitely look for him when I am ready to sell.

James was the best listing agent we have worked with. He did an A+ job getting a niche property rented out. He is an absolute pleasure to work with and we look forward to continue doing business with him. James went above and beyond. From setting up Zoom interviews with multiple applicants, keeping up constant communication, and interfacing with both applicants and tenant represented agents. He is truly passionate about Real Estate and that is very clear in his work ethic. Thank you!

The most important thing is finding an expert realtor to help you with your home sale. Some of the things I do for my sellers to get them ready to list, is appraise their home value, do a walkthrough of the property to make a list of anything that I would recommend to do prior to putting the home on the market- the most common projects with the highest return are: painting, cleaning, decluttering. For properties over 800K staging can make sense in some situations. For properties under 800K there is a new service called virtual staging which actually works pretty well for a fraction of the price of a normal staging. The most important thing is getting professional pictures, you want your home to look its best and all buyers start their search on the internet nowadays. Hope this helped!
I serve the entire Westside which included: Santa Monica, Venice, Marina Del Rey, Playa Vista, Playa Del Rey, Mar Vista, Pacific Palisades, Malibu, Brentwood, Bel Air, Westwood, Culver city, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Little Holmby, Holmby Hills, Beverly Hills Post Office, Beverly Park, Hollywood Hills, Bird streets, Outpost Estates, Los Feliz, Hancock Park, Miracle Mile, Beverly Center, Bevelry Grove, Mid City, Lake Hollywood, Beachwood Canyon, Echo Park, and Atwater village! In addition to those neighborhoods I also occassionally travel out to the valley including Sherman Oaks, Calabasas, Hidden Hills, Studio City, and Van Nuys- and Downtown Los Angeles. So I work a pretty wide area.
Hi Kyle, Real estate commissions are negotiable. The customary commission in the Los Angeles market is between 5% to 6% which is usually split equally between the listing agent and the buyers agent. One good things for buyers is that the seller customarily pays all real estate agent fees, so buyers don't have to pay anything. The cost the seller pays is 2.5% to 3% depending on the commission they offer the selling office. In difficult market conditions, you can sometimes see sellers offer 4% commission to buyers agent to encourage them to sell thier home faster.
Hi Kyle, Thank you for your question. I personally like to split my business 50/50 between representing sellers on their home listings and buyers as a buyer agent. Some agents only work with Listings and some agents only work with buyers. I personally like to work with both!
