Best bakery in town. Conchitas and puerquito are my favorite, my wife and daughter always go for the giant sugar bigote. Either way, you will not be disappointed.

They never have sleeves for the coffee cups so be ready to burn your hands if you grab a cup of coffee, I brought it to their attentionMONTHS ago and asked when or if they would begetting more and they couldn't even give an answer. Last 2 visits, they don't have creamer either and just tell you to get the milk (eventhough it was done, too) even after being told I don't drink milk.... the bread is good, except for the bigotes, all I taste is lard. The conchas and stuffed breads are good, though. As for customer service, it's eh. Not good, kinda bad sometimes but never horrible, I guess. Not sure that Hollister has anything else to offer as far as pan dulce (I'm not from here) so I guess I won't be eating pan dulce anymore unless I go to Watsonville where they treat you like family when you go into a panaderia.
