I had 2 of my vehicles (Escape) scheduled to come in for recall service and both unable to do because "waiting for parts". Why schedule an appointment if no parts are available. I had to delivery both vehicles to the Carlsbad Ford Dealership only to find out service CANNOT be done due to lack of parts. I even got a text message, a "reminder", 12 hours prior to the appointment to bring in my vehicle to the Ford Service shop, when there was no parts available to install (transmission cable). "To Better The Service is to Make Sure The PARTS are AVAILABLE on Service Date, and don't send a Reminder text BUT inform the customer on the STATUS of the appointment!" I'm sure my parts were given to a PAID Customer who had issue at that moment! I bought 2 Escape vehicles thinking it was a good quality vehicles at the time I bought it, and now I have the opposite viewpoint of the Ford company!

Very Good Experience of buying used Ford Explorer. I really appreciate Mr. Noor for helping us out in whole process. Account section guy was also very supportive and gave us lot of options with respect to finance and car warranty options. I would suggest that Paper work could have been a bit less time consuming. I would recommend this place for buying vehicle.

I took my Ford Fusion in last week to have the headlights checked out. I’ve had issues with shady mechanics in the past so I prefer taking my car to the dealer, figuring they’ll be honest & not try to gouge me like most other places. The advisor tells me that the connection is burnt out & the entire headlight needs to be replaced for $1,200! Then proceeds to tell me that they can get away with only replacing the connector & the bulb & it will only be $500. I decided to take my car home, obviously there’s no way I’m paying that outrageous amount for a bulb & connector. I told them to call me when the parts came in, which I still haven’t heard from them, what a great bust they’re running over there. I knew something was up so I asked my neighbor to check it out. Long story short, the bulb was fine & connection had been unplugged & took him less than 5 minutes to fix it. Needless to say, I will no longer be taking my car there for any maintenance or repairs.
