OK, first off, let's start by saying that I have 100% proof of everything I'm about to type and I have photos to back it up. My father brought his truck in for warranty work. For whatever reason they gave him, his truck was there for over 3 weeks to install 2 lower control arms with ball joints. So, I go to visit my dad, and the first thing I noticed is that the technician installed the camber alignment eccentrics in opposite directions. One facing upwards and one facing downwards. Well, anyone above a grade B mechanic knows that isn't the way it works. So, the next thing I look at are the tie rod ends and I see no wrench marks. Conclusion, after installing alignment eccentrics, they didn't even bother to align the vehicle. Giving the tech the benefit of the doubt, I had him pull his paperwork. Yup, sure enough. No alignment!!! Really?? Is that how this is done? I think not. Lastly, I notice that his left front axle is slinging grease all over the place, to include his brake caliper. Nice!!! Now, I know dealers take a lot of flack and some of it is deserved. Especially in this case. I'm an ASE master and Hybrid master, and the only reason you even got to touch the vehicle was because it was under warranty. So, before you respond with some ridiculous excuses, just save it. You are barking up the wrong tree. The job was done halfway when the tech decided not to align it and down to 1/4 when the axle was damaged, and ignored. I'd suggest yall start training your technician.

Salesman would not sell me a car because I didn't have a trade. He was rude. Said he did not want to waste his time if I did not have a vehicle to trade in. Would not recommend this dealership. Would have gave them 0 for stars but had to give 1.
