I don't hate the place. However, I brought my made in England Classic Derby Solovair boots in for a sole replacement about three months ago. Paid $60 for the service, which I believe is reasonable, considering the boots cost me $225. Now the soles are coming off. I took the boots back to the store recently and am waiting for them to contact me . . . Meh. Two days already and they look like the latter two photos. I am frustrated. At least I wasn't charged.

Lost my shoes before the wedding came everyday with the receipt and the owner said:we don't have your shoes. There were a lot of shoes given for repair and the shoes were very expensive. Never coming here again terrible customer service Iost my expensive shoes before the wedding. Then after the wedding came to pick it up my expensive shoes and they said that they didn't have it when we had a receipt.PLEASE DON'T GO I ANTHONY'S SHOE REPAIR THAT IS A TERRIBLE SERRVICE. Bad costemer service. They only have one employer. Never coming back here again. Don't waste your gas it's not worth coming to Anthony Shoe Repair in Carmel Mountain when they can never find your shoes.They lost my expensive shoes.

These guys do fantastic work -and not just on shoes! I do a lot of rigorous outdoor activities, and my equipment takes a beating. Every time I have a piece of worn out equipment, I take it to Anthony's. When I get it back, it's actually stronger than when it was brand new. I've even had them add enhancements per my specifications. Boots, wetsuits, backpacks, kneepads, rope bags... whatever needs fixing, they can do it. Great job!
