DO NOT COME HERE! Had my preorders sold from under me and was never even called or told anything about it. Was offered no apology or remedy besides a return of the money that had been put into the preorders I waited a year and a half for. Staff lies about the status of items and if they arrived or not. I was told my preorder arrived and then when I went to pick up the next day, staff said they sold my Preordered copy to another customer for an event even though I made it clear I was to pick it up that same day. I don't like complaining but it just left me with a disgruntled feeling. Why does one go through the trouble of pre-ordering items if they are just going to spend the money but never receive ANYTHING. Go to curtner, staff is much more friendly and helpful than this place that actively works against its customers.

Both sales reps were good. Manny was awesome. Despite the games not being in stock he thoroughly helped me find something comparable that suited those game interests and I left feeling good about the service.

Great place to buy and sell games. Also has friendly interactive workers to help the customers or discussing about a game both people like. A bit lackluster for some items, but there are some different options in games

Is a very uncomfortable location of all the GameStop we go to. Every store is nice environment, but this location is super hot inside. We talk to the employees, there reason was "the heat come from outside to our store". But when we go next door is hot topic they are just fine.
