This nurses are very unprofessional. Nurses just goofing off. One nurse had to take my sons Vidal sign’s he said ok I’m off bye. I was waiting for a nurse to assist my son. I had to let them know I was still waiting in the room for Vidal signs for my son. So unprofessional.

Nurses were really nice, registration as well. Went at 3am and they were pretty quick. Couple of hours in for the vist but its the same timing in other emergency rooms and ive been to alot to know

We took my daughter to emergency yesterday it took us 1 hour to be triaged. The nurse was rude seems she doesn't like her job she shouldn't be there in her nasty attitude she told me it would be a 6 to 7 hour wait that it wasnt an urgency keep cutting me off. MyMymydaughter

Mariela Lopez in the emergency room is the worst nurse is history. I’ve always had a pleasant Kaiser experience, until I encountered this nurse. Her attitude is so ugly. You can tell she doesn’t care about anyone but herself. She didn’t come to check on me for hours, and I could see her fooling around in the nurses station. I’m not a difficult patient, but she has made my stay very unpleasant. I hope management deals with her accordingly and tells her to fix her ugly attitude. Walking around the ER acting so entitled. Get off your high horse. Shame on you. Pay attention to your patients.

No, you must be a Kaiser member to be treated. Kaiser will treat you if it is an emergency.
