I don't write a lot of reviews. I used to frequent this Ross regularly, but hadn't in a while. There was a time I was here a few months ago and one of the employees took my cart while it still had my personal item in it, and they threw my personal belonging away. This happened while I had left it in the cart at a check-out line to walk over with my cashier to the jewelry cabinet for something. The employee got a supervisor because they were equally shocked at what had happened, and the assistant manager (I was told) gave me a dirty look and walked away from us without a word to me or the cashier who requested his assistance. I was never spoken to by any other supervisor. I haven't come here in a while, but decided to go browsing today because there are limited affordable plus-size friendly stores. The assistant manager, the same one who wouldn't speak to me after I requested help in the past, followed me around at four different points while I was shopping. He wasn't holding anything to bring back to the aisles or passing by me, he was deliberately following behind me. I was casually browsing and I had items in my cart I was going to buy. After the last time he followed me, I literally put everything back and left. I would rather not get the items I could benefit from than help this weird, rude man meet his sales quota. They have huge hiring signs outside, but I guarantee you the employees are treated like trash at this location.

Great place to go for presents ... A lil bit of something for everyone but dont think you will find 2 of something they only have like 1 of everything.

Im extremely disappointed with the customer service at this location. The cashier Angelica was so rude, and treated me like I was returning stolen merchandise. I never asked for cash or my money back to my card. I was completely fine with getting store credit even though I had my Receipt. But she gave me a piece of paper that said merchandise credit. I started to look through their empty racks, kept thinking why am I gonna spend money for such poor customer service. I walked back to the front and requested my credit be put on a card so it doesn't get lost. Again Angelica said it's over your 30 day return policy. At this point loss prevention starts in saying if you wanted it back on a card you should have returned within your 30days. I never asked for it to be put on MY card, just a store card. I asked for a manager was told there wasn't one. Whe. I requested the number for a GM is when their attitude changed. Then I got a manager, and also loss prevention kept being rude and inappropriate and going out of her job description to tell me how this works until the manager arrived. No paying customer should EVER BE TREATED THIS WAY, COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE customer service at this location. Don't shop here.

Very Covid friendly. Alot of room to allow the 6ft between customers. Was also very clean. Customer service was great considering the line they had. And found the Puma white high tops ive been looking for for only $21.00.

Pretty much like stores at the moment. Masks are required. But I didn't see anyone doing any disinfecting, so we left.

Hi Michelle. They have all kind of different shoes and also boots but not always. Remember that Ross is about specials from different stores abd they change merchandise always. Do your try and go to see if you found some that you like. Prices are inexpensive always and stuff is nice. Good luck 😊
