They are a landfill. They don't salvage anything. Most items taken to the landfill are accepted for a cost and buried in the ground. You may want to look up a metal salvager/scrap yard.

Yes, both Olinda Alpha (Brea) and Prima (San Juan Capistrano) allows the public to dispose of refrigerators. Then they are recycled appropriately.
The hazardous waste centers will accept household desktop printers. Not business class, floor-standing printers. They will not accept them at the landfill.

All I can say is that I have definitely seen washers and dryers sitting there at the dump where people have left them there all in one pile at the La Pata dump in San Clemente I personally witnessed them there so the answer is yes they take washers and dryers but you have to find out how much that will cost you
