It seems you can't be seen here if you have asthma and just need a breathing treatment anymore. I've gone here for years, but not anymore. Got turned down for treatment when I went in having trouble breathing. They would not examine me. Kicked me out the office and said I need to go to ER. Not because I needed ER care, but because you can't have asthma anymore due to covid. What did asthma just disappear.

So disappointed on how this place has changed for the worst. The staff at the desk and those who take your vitals prior to seeing the doctor are great. However, the doctors are not professional or caring, at least not the two I have seen. I hope this changes.

I dont know what the point of this urgent care is because they can't handle anything other than cold symptoms. Every time I have had to visit this facility they were of no help and sent me to pay for emergency when it wasn't an emergency situation. Now they can't even test for covid. Just a terrible experience with lazy staff everytime. Very disappointed.

Diabetics, avoid this location! I've been coming to Riverside Medical for my medical care ever since I was a child, many of their doctors have been excellent to have over the years, however I couldn't recommend against their urgent care center any more. Over the phone, their receptionist is disrespectful, sighing upon answering the phone and responding to questions with a poor, dismissive attitude. When I came in for assistance with a medical issue, the DO had no idea how to assist me with my juvenile diabetes or how to help a diabetic patient with a pump. (It's no different than injections in many ways.) Despite this fact, he had no problem prescribing a dose of 20 units of insulin - five times the amount necessary to treat my blood sugar at the time. He changed my insulin prescription in such a way that I now need to go and change it again through my endocrinologist despite the fact that an urgent care doctor shouldn't be able to do so or have any need to. Another thing, this DO seems to believe that a type 1 diabetic should be injecting 100 units per day of insulin! Thats twice as much as I take daily, bolus and basal rates included! Finally, when my blood sugar was within a reasonable range, they insisted we continue waiting until my sugars would have come down to a range which is considered low for type 1s. When I arrived home, after receiving far more insulin than required, my blood sugar was dangerously low to the point of nearly passing out. Simply put, this place prefers fast, hands off treatment that will get you out of the door as soon as possible, damn the consequences. All in all, I am absolutely appalled at the lack of professionalism and care at this incredibly dangerous practice.

No appointment needed and they don't make appointments
Opened at 9 on weekends
I called and they said no but directed me to Iron Stone
They do, as far as I know, but it never hurts to double-check with your provider and your insurance company.
They do
