I love going there to turn in recyclables... Just a reminder everything has to be emptied outside their property if not they will get you in trouble

They take care of business and are courteous. Fabulous customer service. You feel like like the customer matters there.

My experience here was not bad at all, and as anyone who tries to get their bottle and can deposits back in California knows, that's saying something. Since rePlanet closed down, Redlands has been a recycling desert, so I put off my recycling run for months but finally had to choose a new location. I picked Amko based on clear signage and proximity to the freeway (10 minutes from Redlands), along with the fact that it's within its own recycling yard and not a kiosk in the parking lot of other businesses because I didn't want to think too hard about where to park or what the protocol was. I've been to more than one rePlanet where you had to be an initiated regular to know where to park, where to line up, and why the hell the doors were closed during normal business hours, so I just wanted something obvious and easy. Amko is just that. There are large and bright arrows pointing to where you get the barrels, where you line up to weigh, where you go in to the cashier and where you exit. During a midmorning on a Monday with a small parking lot full of customers, I was in and out in under 20 minutes with my cash. I have no reason not to return.

$50 a ton. I took a half truck load of cardboard pieces and got $3. Not worth my labor. I hear valley and bonanza in Fontana pays $70/ ton.

Yes
Anything that is recyclable pretty much.what do u mean by that do have stuff too recycle or u want to recycle I dont like ammo recycle do funny things there but unfortunately that's the only one pretty around here in this area. For instance if they fine some water or what ever in a bottle they'll take it out and when the tear the baskets they put them back in the baskets then they take them out and throw them in with the other bottles with the water in them ? They should give them back to u that's not right there's other things they do also that's not right. But what u gonna do u say anything they kick u out so all u can do is go with it.
