Haven't been to the Santee Drive In for over 30 years. It hasn't really changed much except for the speakers are gone and you have to use your car radio or bring a battery operated portable radio. I was a bit nervous about my car battery dying. Otherwise I had a good time. The ticket person was very good and the people in the snack bar were nice and helpful. Next time I will bring a portable radio 📻

Adults $12 child $5 and 4 years and younger free. The snack bar has popcorn, nachos, hot dogs, cheeseburger, candy ice cream and drinks.

Amazing drive in experience! Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Snack bar tastes great with better prices. Not going back to the regular theater just here from now on!

I'm from Imperial County & we once had our own drive inn that is no longer in business. It really would have been great during COVID. I really loved my experience. We drove from San Marcos to Santee for this. A night full of nostalgia. Really a great experience. Sad that not everyone has memories at a drive inn as a kid, but you're in luck. Def recommend.

Yes! But they only sold popcorn 🍿 thats all I saw but I really don't know cuz we saw a late move and I took my owe goodies 🙂
Website says everyday rain or shine
2 or 3 days before current shows end, you'll see an update, sometimes not, but, you can always call during show times. 9 bucks - 2 shows back to back and feature movie repeats for time convenience.... can't go wrong with that... I love Santee drive in... great ppl.

They do have handicap parking on the west side of the snack bar. If your on side 1 or 2 it's located in the back toward the fence that separates the two sides.
