Given the reviews, I came in with low expectations and just wanted to see if it was really as bad as people were saying. I paid $30 for the “Platinum” car wash service. Pro’s: - Super quick (though arguably, the service was quick because of how little was actually done.) I went in on a Tuesday around noon and waited a total of about 10 minutes. - Good job on exterior and windows - Ok job on interior. They at least gave it one good wipe down, which is enough for me. Con’s: - Paid $30 for what I’d rate a ok job at best, even with low expectations - I left the backseat down and they did not check underneath as there were still piles of sand from a recent beach trip, which I had to wipe out myself -Definitely not a good vacuum job, still sand and dog hair everywhere -Cup holders still dirty -Other reviews of missing items along with their sign that says they’re not responsible for missing personal items left in car concerns me. That alone would make me not come back.

I knew once the owners changed that things were different because there weren't nearly as many cars coming to this place. Last Friday I brought my car in to get washed. I asked the guy to have my cargo liner in the back of my SUV cleaned and he said he would clean it and handed it to one of the detail guys. Then he asked me if I wanted them to wipe my leather seats and vacuum the floor mats for $70 and I said yes. Unfortunately the job was mediocre at best. You can still see dirt around the cup holders and on he doors and seats. The next day I realized that my cargo liner was missing So I went back to the car wash and asked about it. They looked and could not find it and the guy offered me 3- $30 car wash coupons. I didn't have a choice it seems. A couple hours later I realized that my floor mats were missing. So I went back and spoke to the same gentleman and he told me they could not find it. I don't understand how I was just there the day before and now it's missing. It's a little suspicious to me that all floor mats and the liner are missing. So the only thing he offered me was another 3 - $30 car wash coupons! I told him the replacement was worth more but he said that was all they had. I was hoping I would get a monetary reimbursement but that was not even an option. He did offer to give me the cheap four-pack floor mat that were beige! I appreciated his effort but that just would not right the wrong, and obviously it would've looked hideous in my car. I had nice manufacturer floor mats and cargo liner. I hope someone can give me the name and contact information of the owners so that I can let them know what happened. I am not coming back to this place. I feel like something else might be missing from under my hood, AND they don't clean the inside well like before they changed owners.

They did a great job on my car. Super happy and it looks brand new. I just wish they had a website outlining prices or a pamphlet at the register. Other then that 5 stars!

This is the first “lowest possible review” I’ve written in my life. I drove my old station wagon to this car wash to “give the local guy a shot” despite what any reviews said. Upon arrival I was courteously motioned to pull up to an adequate place to be able to vacuum the car. Upon exiting the car I was greeted by the man I have come to realize was the manager. As I got out, I took a minute to deliberate on a wash and selected a deluxe wash for the price of $16.99. I also apologized for being slow because it was my first time there. Before I turned over the car to them, I indicated that the lower body panels would not come clean unless they were given extra effort because of how they wrap under the car. I also indicated that no car wash I had been to had done them right. I also indicated that I wanted my car fully clean. To that he replied that they would scrub those areas before it goes through the wash. I took this to mean he understood my desire for a fully clean car. He did not guarantee they would be clean. I didn’t recognize it at the time but this was indicative of things to come. That is THE reason people bring cars to a car wash, to get them properly cleaned! As a manager in a customer service environment my business should have been low hanging fruit for him to gain a repeat customer. I illustrated my problem area all he has to do is what others didn’t bother to address, boom!, instant winner in my book. My car come out the other end and the lower panels are not clean. I’m not surprised. I know how much work it takes. I’ve done it by hand with a bucket of soapy water. 5 vigorous minutes by myself. That is an eternity in the car wash industry, but a drop in the bucket for the benefit of having a new customer. I bring it up to the guys drying the car. No big deal I think. One guy runs off to talk to the manager. My first red flag. Instantly I know they are resistive to rework. Manager comes over sprays windex (of all things) on a rag and proceeds to take a couple swipes at it and tell me it is too hard to clean. I indicate it is not. I spit on the end of finger and give it 5 or 6 vigorous swipes. Instant clean spot. I say it just needs some elbow grease and tell them how when I last washed the car (2 months ago, much to my embarrassment), I scrubbed it with soapy water for success. He essentially said no and that it would take a $200 detail to clean the car. To that I replied that it wouldn’t. We went back and forth about my expectations vs what he said he would do. This moment was foreshadowed. He indicated that I did not say anything beyond extra work on the problem areas. I indicated that I deserved a 50% refund for a 50% job. He balked and mentioned the $200 job again. I don’t appreciate it being insinuated that I’m a liar. I went ahead and left. I felt my anger rising and I’m not going to lose my cool because of a car wash. I went home (down the street) and decided to call back to try to make it right and come to an understanding. Perhaps they would realize the mistake and offer at least a partial refund. Upon calling I got the lady behind the counter who was congenial before. I began to explain to her the situation and she interrupted me to hand of the phone to the manager. We rehashed the same points. He said something unintelligible about coming back and by the time I asked him to repeat himself, he had hung up on me. Needless to say, only extraordinary effort in customer service from here will earn my business again. I challenge the owner to justify his manager’s actions or lack of articulation and take this opportunity to set things right. If so I will happily amend this review and add stars.
