Rude employees! No greetings when walked in and waited at desk. End up helping myself at kiosk. The old white lady got service before me and i was there first. Guess only asians here want to help white people. Didnt feel welcomed. Wont return! You cant ask for respect then not give it to others. Be prejudice on your own time. Not at work where you're supposed help all.

Food is always good. The people there are really nice especially the cashier. She was very cheerful. The guys preparing the food were all really good and fast.

Dirty patio, dirty tables and a pile of dirty dishes. That's what we saw before going in. It should have been a sign!! The place was empty, maybe one customer eating, we waited for a good 5 minutes to be served. I counted at least 9 employees behind the counter and not a single one asked if we needed help. So we left and went somewhere else, an hour or so later on our way back we walked by and saw that the same pile of dirty dishes was still there. Bad service and not a clean place.

I enjoy Panera and frequent their locations around my area mostly including the Carmel Mountain and Pacific Highlands locations. I picked up food at the Mira Mesa location tonight and as the photos illustrate, the quality was horrendous. I ordered a kid’s grilled cheese which was 2 soggy pieces of bread slapped together and smashed and a half Fuji apple chicken salad that was so skimpy it barely filled half of the appropriately sized container. Because the restaurant was out of an ingredient in my salad (pecans) the app asked me to choose a substitute another item. I chose a hardboiled egg. The app still charged me $0.79 for the egg - no big deal but then the salad only included half an egg. I mean really? I tried to call 3 times this evening to nicely communicate my disappointment to the manager. When connected to the manager, she spoke as if she couldn’t hear anyone on the other end. Suspicious since my phone is working perfectly. The staff behind the counter were efficient snd courteous but the quality of the food coming out of the kitchen is pathetic. Not a good way to retain loyal customers.
