Be careful when purchasing their monthly car wash because the gentlemen that sold it to us did not tell us that it was going to be a recurring charge. Hubby paid for it w/ my card and put the receipt in his pocket never to be seen again. It tells you on the receipt that it is going to be a recurring charge. So for four months I paid for unlimited car washes that I never used. Only reason I noticed was because this balance was supposed to be paid off or else i would have never noticed because of all of my bills are paid automatically. When hubby went to ask (he wouldn't let me do it), owner said she tells all her customers that it is a recurring payment and it's on the receipt. I've been coming here since it opened so long ago for at least a decade, got all my oil changes here, and when we asked for some kind of compensation, maybe a month of free car wash, there's nothing she could do for us? Really? Wow.
