Since I contacted the accident guys they took care of everything. The process was smooth and the staff is always helpful and friendly.they got me over 600% of what the insurance company was initially offering before I had contacted them for help.

The Accident Guys took over my case back in March 2021. The service overall was great. The team would regularly communicate any updates. I appreciate the kind gesture they also did when I let them know a family member had passed away during the process.

This is my second time working with the Accident Guys. These guys did such a phenomenal job the first go round with my case that it was almost like second nature and automatic instinct to entrust my case to them again. As dreadful as having an accident may be, I felt a sense of calmness knowing I had them in my corner fighting for me. Manwel was even able to negotiate my medical bills down by a whopping $10k! Outstanding service and highly responsive, I would recommend the Accident Guys over and over.

Questions & Answers

Can I get a rental car after my accident?

Gail Poster | Nov 29, 2021
The Accident Guys | Nov 29, 2021

Yes. Some insurance companies will set you up with a rental car. Some others will have you pay for the rental and will reimburse you the amount of a comparable car. If you have rental coverage through your insurance company, you can also get a rental car through them.

How much do you charge?

The Accident Guys | Nov 29, 2021

We don't charge anything upfront and you only pay if we win your case.

I was in a small accident but was injured. Do you only take big cases or can you still help me?

The size of your accident isn’t what matters - it’s your health and medical needs that we are most concerned about. If our firm believes your case would benefit from legal representation, we will take your case, regardless of the scope of damage done to your vehicle. If we don’t think your case is the right fit for us, we will do our best to point you in the right direction.

My car was totaled. What should I do next?

The Accident Guys | Aug 26, 2021
The Accident Guys | Aug 26, 2021

In most cases the at-fault party or your insurance company will pay to repair your car OR total it out, which means to pay for the value of your car prior to the accident. Normally, they will choose whichever option costs the least.

Should I provide the at-fault party’s insurance company a recorded statement?

The Accident Guys | Aug 26, 2021
The Accident Guys | Aug 26, 2021

No. The insurance company is not entitled to a statement from you, and they may use it against you. It’s always best to let an attorney handle all communication with the at-fault party’s insurance company.

Can I see a doctor even if I don’t have health insurance?

The Accident Guys | Aug 26, 2021
The Accident Guys | Aug 26, 2021

Yes. Our clients don’t always have health insurance, and that’s okay. If you were injured as a result of an accident, The Accident Guys can set you up with a local doctor that will treat you on a personal injury lien. This means the doctor will not receive payment until your case is resolved, and you don’t pay anything up front for your medical care.

Will my insurance rates go up if I use my insurance to fix my car for an accident I didn’t cause?

The Accident Guys | Aug 26, 2021
The Accident Guys | Aug 26, 2021

Unless you are at fault for greater than 50% of an accident, your rate won’t increase.

If I don’t intend to sue the at-fault party, can I still pursue my claim?

The Accident Guys | Aug 26, 2021
The Accident Guys | Aug 26, 2021

A majority of claims get resolved before a lawsuit even needs to be filed. Should you pursue your claim or not, the at-fault party’s premiums will increase after the accident. If you choose not to pursue your claim, the insurance company gets to collect the premiums, without having to pay on a claim!
