the fitting rooms in this location were closed. i called other levi’s locations and all had their fitting rooms open so i did not like that they were closed here. how are we supposed to know how jeans fit us without fitting rooms? additionally, i witnessed several people trying to steal from the store. the store alarm rang every few seconds. the store seems to just be letting them go instead of giving them a harsher punishment. this behavior is just encouraging stealing. be harsher on thieves and let paying customers use fitting rooms! i did NOT enjoy my experience at this store, don’t come here

This place had limited sizes and there was no one to help us for a long time. But when someone helped us he was really good and helpful. His customer service skills are amazing.

Customer service was great. Upper management needs to give them better equipment. The young lady tried to help me order an item and get it shipped to my house and she was literally using an ipod to take my order.
