I love Tommy but those shop assistants are not even helpful at all. I asked 4 assistants but only on of them know about price which they sell,,, it’s outlet place and all on sale but you could have use your phone to calculate with % but some assistant told me “I don’t know place, should be their is tag, but I am not good in calculate so I don’t know” lol I just couldn’t believe that experience and I will never forget her face.

A good Tommy Store with impressive collection but with an extremely poor service... I had gone for thanksgiving shopping and had to wait in line to pay the bill for almost an hour and half... The people behind each counter were literally taking their sweet time to processes each individual... I have been to other stores during the same time and every other store I had been to had a very quick counter, poulticing it's definitely possible to have a quick counter even a very busy day like thanksgiving...
