Maybe one of the worst places I’ve ever lived. I was promised facilities like a garage for storage, a gym, and a student facility I could use for work. However, do to the construction that I was not told about before signing my lease that was all taken away. For the price I was paying I should have had access to those facilities. Also the construction is awful. The construction people leave messes everywhere that are there for weeks on end. The parking lot is often cut off due to construction and there is only so much parking. Several times I went in with complaints of noise and even a break in attempt. Nothing was really done. I felt unsafe and frustrated for most of my stay. I never wanted friends over because I was so embarrassed of where I was living. If you are a student I do not recommend living there at the moment. I am sure the property will be lovely and a much better place to live once the construction is done but I really doubt that will be any time soon.

My daughter will be attending CSUF in the fall and came here to tour. Met with Pricilla who was amazing! She made me feel so much better about leaving my daughter in a new area by herself for the first time! My daughter loved the community and is very excited as well!

I had a great experience with University Village Fullerton. The team was super nice and accommodating. I see the construction happening and seems like this property is going to look really nice. The property manager was really cool. She came out and introduced herself and offered us water and snacks. Overall my experience was awesome. My parents are coming to visit the property too. They seemed to like what they saw on video. Can’t wait to finish signing my lease.

I’m a resident who has been living here for three and a half years, and despite some events the management have organized, this place has been the worse place I have ever lived my entire life; there is constant shaking of our entire unit due to renovation along with noise pollution from all the construction. At one point, the fence that separated construction and parking spaces had fallen off and were blocking parking access and driving for several days. The renovation and deconstruction had started late December of 2021, and will continue through end of 2022. I have reached out to the management several times. If you’re considering moving here, please think twice since it will affect your living situation drastically.

you don't have to attend CSUF. I live here and I am not a student.
I do!
