Rooms were clean, still no hot tubs, a little run down, breakfast was just ok at best. The worst no AC and had to hold down the handle to flush the toilet. And only 1 key was available for our room. Never interacted with any staff

I still cannot believe the value of this place! I paid less than $90 per night for a lovely spacious room with a little kitchen (a stovetop, kitchen sink, fridge and microwave). There were nice products in the bathroom, and I appreciated the free breakfasts. My room was so nice and quiet at night I slept so well, and the beach is only steps away. Staff were helpful and friendly too. Cannot recommend this place enough!

This place is a steal! For $79 you get a spacious ocean front room that is entirely remodeled with a full kitchen and new bath. I’m honestly in disbelief! The outside still leaves much to be desired but don’t let that fool you—the rooms inside are clean and comfortable.

First time staying here! We usually stay at Lucky 7 but decided to try something different. It was a great choice! We are on the 2nd floor ocean view. Rooms were very nice, cute updated decor and furniture. We haven't ventured down the beach trail yet. Plus can't beat the price!! Will definitely stay again!
