Update:7/3/21. I have been getting my laser treatments here for years . The results have been great. I moved 63 miles away and I still will only get my laser treatments at this location. Year after year it has been the same Great great service. The ladies at the front desk are always welcoming and friendly. Service is fantastic!

I came in couple weeks ago for laser hair remover and the nurse had missed a couple spots. Called in and told them my situation, receptionist Eileen told me that I can come in for a miss spot treatment yesterday. She was so helpful in booking me an appointment. She was very informative and explained to me that if I had laserred 2 weeks ago my skin can burn since it has not been 4 weeks. She advised me to come in for an RN to take a look at the area and help determine if the area has actually been missed, they can go over it (COMPLIMENTARY). I came in yesterday (same day I had called) and the nurse called me in right away and helped laser the areas that had been missed. I appreciate the fact that they care about their clients. Would highly recomend this place!!

Their phone number comes up as a spam number so I didn’t answer because I’ve been a victim of fraud, she canceled my appointment and then refused to give me my appointment back and on top of it all she cussed me out in Armenian! I’ve never been so furious in my life! I don’t care how upset I was, I had this appointment booked 2 months ago and I never no showed them ever and I get a lot of services done and tip very well. She should have kept her composure and been respectful I mean I only drop over 2 bills at every visit but it’s cool, I’ll spend my money else where where the business isn’t disrespectful and unprofessional. THE CUSTOMER ISNT ALWAYS RIGHT BUT MIND YOUR MANNERS.
